Feelings on Track

Feelings on Track by Sweet x Silverrail was praised by the juries was turning rail travel into a space for emotional connection and meaningful dialogue. The campaign followed the creators of Sweden’s leading mental-health podcast, Ångestpodden, on a ten-day Interrail journey through ten countries, inviting fellow passengers to join “The Conversation Seat” and share personal stories across borders and cultures.

The project stood out for linking slow travel with honest conversations about mental well-being, creating a cultural and social initiative that resonated strongly with younger audiences. With a short film premiere at Stockholm’s Bio Rio cinema and strong reach across YouTube, social media and radio, Feelings on Track demonstrated how train travel can foster empathy, reflection and connection in a fast-paced world.
