Sowing a Sunny Tomorrow, Connecting Communities by Rail, by Slovenske železnice, transformed railway corridors across Slovenia into blooming sunflower fields planted by children, local communities, and municipalities. Using sunflowers as a symbol of renewal, biodiversity and climate-conscious travel, the initiative created a powerful visual identity that connects passengers with the landscapes they pass through.

Developed entirely in-house, the campaign grew into a nationwide movement with strong public participation. The judges highlighted its originality, clear sustainability message, and its ability to bring communities together through simple, tangible action.
